Description: Improve your posture, mobility and range of motion! Coach Laura incorporates dynamic stretching, mobility drills, and yoga poses into a fun and approachable stretching class. If you are a person who forgets to stretch after working out; feels tight; wants better ROM when weightlifting or just wants to improve your mobility and flexibility; then this class is for you!
